		"Golden Trowel Award” - November 2004, awarded to Port Warwick by the International Masonry Institute. “Excellence in Masonry Design and Construction.” On The Square “Grand Winner!” - On The Square Luxury Apartments (The Roth and Whitman Houses), was named the Grand Winner/2004/Peninsula Community Achievement Award/Best Overall/ Built 2001 and after by the The Peninsula Apartment Council. “Best New Community-2002” - February 2003, awarded by the Peninsula Homebuilders Association.

“Most Significant Project in Virginia” - March 2003, awarded to Port Warwick by the Virginia Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), Richmond, Virginia.

“Virginia Citizen Planner of the Year” - October 2003, awarded to Bobby Freeman, for the Port Warwick development, awarded by the Virginia Citizen’s Planner Association, Charlottesville, Virginia.

"Design Achievement Award" - Master Planning/Urban Design, 2007 American Institute of Architects, Hampton Roads Chapter

"Excellence In Development Design Award" - October 2007, The Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate awarded Tower Park Corporation the First Honor Award for The Melville Condominium for Best Multi-Family Housing.
